I have used Jarboe's 3 times so far through the years, and they have been excellent each time. They will be replacing an ac and furnace today. I called them about a messed up thermostat from old ac system and they came right out. They said the thermostat was no good, and proceeded to give us some options on what we could do from there. We elected to go with completely new ac and furnace through them. They explained everything about the old ac/furnace in a way we could understand, and what they would be doing when they installed our new service. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They really seem to care about what kind of service they give their customers. Thank you, Chris G*** and Mike M*****, for being so helpful with everything. And thanks to Jarboe's for your great service to your customers.

Technician gave me 3 different estimates, one to charge the system 900 bucks, one to charge the system and fix the leaky line set 1,800 bucks and one to replace the system 8,000. .....they apologized and said they would leak test for free on later date, they never showed, when I called the office the didn't know what I was talking about and just one lie after another. As we discussed, there appears to have been some missteps on this job, and the tech who was there is no longer with our company. I feel like we had a very good talk about where the company is now and hw we have improved our operations since your experience. We are committed to taking care of your clients and their home.
