      I spent 15,000 on a four way mini split for ac and air. Every two weeks since it’s been installed it’s broken and leaking Freon. They have come out her multiple times to “fix it” and two weeks later it’s broken again. It’s leaked down my walls and ruined the walls it ruined my outside lights due to it leaking in the wall. Now when we call because we have no heat and it’s cold and *** **** as Well as the adults are cold they tell us there is nothing they can do and the owner has been made aware but they won’t call us back. I am beyond flustered and I want my money back. I have to find a way to keep my family warm for winter!

      I was quoted a $89.00 charge on Friday and on Monday the charge was up to 444.00 and was told furnace was not under warranty, whereby I only authorized the 89.00 charge but they tacked on the additional charge.

      This call is for a unit that we installed in 2016. The call was initiated on Friday 03/04/22 and was ran on Saturday 03/05/22. The customer was informed, when calling in, that we have an $89 diagnostic fee, once the diagnosis is complete the technician will quote the repair. If the customer decides not to do the repair the charge is just $89 for the trip and the diagnosis. If the customer chooses to do the repair the $89 diagnostic fee is waived. This is a script that is presented to each customer calling and we have the recorded call where the customer was informed of this process. Upon arrival we learned LG&E had turned the customers gas off to the unit due to safety concerns. There was nothing wrong with the unit but the gas line serving the unit was leaking. We diagnosed that both the fittings and the connector were leaking and informed the customer that the cost to repair would be approximately $400.00. The customer informed our technician “do what you have to do”. The technician completed the repairs and then confirmed that there were no additional leaks. Additionally, he confirmed the proper operation of the furnace and blower and presented the invoice. We do not have customers sign the electronic invoice due to Covid 19 restrictions.

      Unit was under warranty, and the $89.00 that was authorized was to fix gas leak and there was no charges for anything else.After you pay almost $10000.00 for a unit you would think the warranty would still be good, and I resent the fact that Aire=Serv would lie and say that I was told of these charges.

      No Invoice was given too us and today is Thurs.3-10-2022 and still no invoice for the 444.00 we were charged.
