              My children attended ****** **** ********* in Bowling Green KY. We were required to prepay weekly so the children we not allowed to attend unless the bill had been paid the previous week. I have uploaded bank account records to verify my payment. The daycare required 2 week notice of termination and I provided them almost a month of notice, far above the 2 week requirement. Also attached. The payment system was *********** and Ive included screenshots of both children's last checkout through the same system. The account was turned over to a collection agency without the owners of the daycare ever reaching out to resolve the problem. They have my email, phone, and address. I explained this to the credit agency and they still wont close my case and my credit is unnecessarily suffering. I would like it removed but they will not discuss that, only payment. I cannot pay an account that has already been paid, it is unfair billing practices. Likely even fraudulent.

              I called Hilcrest trying to pay an old bill from 2016. dr bill and I asked if I pay this off today can you remove it from my credit today and the woman stated their policy is not to remove it from a report for 45 to 60 days, so I said if I pay it today in full I want it removed today and she got all mad and said I guess we are done I cant help you and hung up on me. So even if you pay a bill off at Hilcrest collections they will still report Fraudulent information on you for 45 to 60 days which is against the law and defamation of character which needs to be pursued.               Mr. ********** did call demanding that he would pay an old 2016 account only if it was removed from his credit on that date. Attempted to explain that we can request a removal but Credit Reporting Agencies actually delete the item. Mr. ********** was dissatisfied with the response and hung up on the collection specialist.

              I was trying to be nice about this bill by offering to pay it off but they refused to remove it from my credit , The whole conversation was recordded and the lady was the one that got mad and hung up on me. I was not sure about this bill so after they hung up on me I contacted The doctors office and talked to Debra in accounting and had my payment records pulled up back to 2015 and this bill was for 2016 according to hilcrest collections the doctors office stated that I did not owe a bill and as far as their records have never owed a bill so hilcrest collections has messed up and put a bill on my credit report that I have never owed and have kept it on there for years and need to remove it immediately.               Listen to the recorded call and you will hear the lady got mad and refused to talk and hung up on Mr. ********** which has found out that this collection by hilcrest is a mistake and fraud by hilcrest collections according to the facts. I really thought I might owe it till I contacted the doctors accounting office and talked to Debra then I found out this is not my bill at all. So hilcrest has committed fraud and deframation of character against me for years now so they should fix it immediately and also appologize to me. Thank you, Larry **********
