      Toyota asked me to fill out this survey on their service...hilarious. What service? I've yet to receive any. Brought my car there in June 2021 for a manufacturer screw up. While there they were great. My service rep was the manager Kevin ******. Got me right in, had an estimate done etc. Kevin said he would call me soon with an update. It is now January 2022 and I've yet to hear back even once. I have left numerous messages for Kevin ****** and he has not even returned one single call. After reading the many awful reviews that always get the generic reply to call the general manager I went ahead and did that and left a message for the general manager John ******* on December 15th. He has yet to return my phone call either. This dealership and Toyota as a whole for not taking care of something that is completely their error is extremely disappointing. Especially to not even provide a single courtesy call. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero professionalism. I've owned ******* my entire life. We have two now and will never buy one again after this experience. Shame on Toyota of Louisville! The service department is a joke! Editing to add: after 7 months of zero communication, throw up a bad review and immediately get a phone call. Only for them to pawn me off to somewhere else and never did really receive any sort of sincere apology for the awful customer service by their employees. I stand by my review Avoid this place! The many many bad reviews of the service department speak volumes

      I talked to Amy and advised her that Toyota Motor Company declined her paint warranty claim for her 2012 Toyota Corolla. We followed the correct claim process and it was denied.

      They did do that but after 7 months of not returning my phone calls and only finally called and acknowledged me once I gave them bad reviews on ******* ********* ***** ****

      Lied to about repair. I had to take my 2015 Rav4 to a Toyota dealership per local independent mechanics because of electrical issue with steering column. I had the car towed to Toyota of Louisville. The service advisor said the whole steering column would have to be replaced because the electrical couldn’t be resolved separately. So then they call a week later and said the steering computer module had to be ordered separately and that it would not be covered under warranty unless it was put on a new steering column. So an additional $1000 charge for a total of $3000. Several independent car service people said that didn’t sound right. I think the module would be covered under warranty since a separate purchase. I think they made a mistake in ordering the steering column but wanted to keep that $2000 sale. Totally deceitful business practices.
