      0 star rating. This car lot is very deceptive when selling their cars. Sold me a car with a bad airbag sensor that will cost thousands to repair. Will not answer phone calls and when they do it's with an "oh well" attitude. Only owned the car for a couple of months. 2020 Nissan Kicks. Nissan Corp wasn't much help either.

      Wishing zero stars was an option! We have never had such an awful experience at any dealership or mechanics. Nathan ***** was the most unprofessional individual we have ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. We brought our ***** truck to be diagnosed and happily paid the $110.63 charge for the diagnostic evaluation, though when told the price for the replacement gas pedal, they were literally over double the amount of our local mechanic. (I find it's also important to note that this same representative hung up while my husband was trying to ask him questions about picking up his truck once he was informed that we were giving the additional business required to our local small business.) We had our wonderful local company fix the gas pedal and continued on. Unfortunately, The gas pedal was not the issue and the truck presented with the same issues as prior. Due to the technology of the trucks, we called back to the dealership to request further evaluation and were very rudely informed that they would not take our case because we declined their services of fixing the gas pedal even though we paid for our diagnostic. We even offered to pay for them to redo it, because we just need a working truck and he's still very rudely declined any service because we did not go to him for the gas pedal initially. I honestly cannot explain to you how rude this individual was and How poorly they treated us in this situation. Our mechanic even tried to call to explain the situation as he works with them and other dealerships very frequently and closely & was also treated very poorly. I deal in and with many branches customer service all the time!

      bought the car didn’t get to pay a actual car payment for a few months we called the people who we were financed through they had no record. finally we get a payment after someone messed up. less than a year later we go in for crank no start problem they made a dx of the battery which my husband mentioned the fuel system we buy a new battery 250 and paid 86 for the dx then pick the car up all of a sudden the air isn’t working and clearly was beforehand! Then we pay another dx fee and they say it was a fuse to the battery. the next week same problem crank no start. A guy from the side of the road no mechanical history told us it was the fuel control module the ford taurus is known for a 55$ part that took 2 mins to put in. It’s sad you pay all that money for a problem that was not diagnosed after paying 2 diagnosis fees plus problems that weren’t there before and a battery that was fine. I suggest not going to the service center for a issue it’s all about the $$$$$

      Would never go back horrible! We bought a car back in April of last year. We had the car for maybe a month and the car starts making a funny noise. We then take the car to Coyle and they tell us there is a something wrong with the exhaust and that we need to bring it back but they can’t do anything for a month. So we take the car back in and now there is nothing wrong with it. They say the guy that diagnosed it was no longer working there and there was no problem. A few months go by and we are still hearing the noise so we go back. Now the car needs a whole new exhaust and that’s of course not covered by every warranty that you could buy and they want to charge us another 85 dollars for a diagnostic test which they did the last time. We go home and I email the GM and tell him the story and have never heard anything back. Still waiting for someone to help us out.

      Purchased a vehicle12/23/2021( neverending nightmare!!!) i was totally scammed!! Have put continous money in to repairs( apparently not covered by my”extended warrenty” the one thing supposedly covered transmission they will only pay 1500.on a 5,000 dollar job, rear differential, and problems since begining!!! Never had oportuning to speak to owners and sales, service avoided me or quit and still avoid me….help!!!

      Do not trust these people! They sold me a car and I had to pay extra for coverage/warranty for the motor but now it is sitting in a parking lot not running and they tell me that they can't even work on this vehicle. they had to tow it to another dealership to diagnose it, and now it needs an engine.. so how can they say they knew it was a decent vehicle when they can't even diagnose it?? how did they know what they were selling me?? they told me that they inspected it.. but these people sold me a car that they couldn't even diagnose and now they refuse to make any of it right. I have to pay for diagnosis through the other place because it had to be taken somewhere else, and they told me that they would cover that cost because it wasn't my fault that it had to be taken somewhere else, but then they didn't cover it like they said they would.. they tried to tell me that they would make it right and try to help me but now since they have confirmed that they literally can't do anything with this vehicle, they told me that there is nothing else they can do and that it's my problem! the "warranty" they sold me doesn't even cover a fraction of the cost of the repair! and Troy at coyle told me that it's not their problem and that this is a purchase that I made and it's not their responsibility to fix something that I purchased.. I still owe over $10,000 on this car! and now it needs more in repairs than I owe on it to buy it!! they refuse to make it right!

      I spent over 2900 dollars for parts and work done supposedly. It took a week longer than expected and with absolutely zero communication from the company. I had to initiate the communication almost a week in to the process just to find out the parts truck had been abandoned. I finally get my vehicle back and not only is it still driving and reacting the EXACT same way now they say the engine is bad after a test drive my engine was fine when I dropped my vehicle off it was there for transmission work Again. Almost 3000 dollars and absolutely zero positive change in the performance of my vehicle. The only difference in the situation is that my bank account is $3000 in the hole that is the one and only difference in the situation

      I bought a car from them it was used but only 20,000 miles. They told me it just needed Freon for the ac and to bring it back. I had the car for two weeks, and check engine light came on. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and Friday it still wasn’t ready. No one from the service department ever answers the phone. Finally our sales person text me back and said they need to replace a hose ( Coolant line to the compressor) and waiting on the part as I am writing this they have had the car 4 weeks. Hardly any to No communication! I paying and insurance a car I don’t have ! I can understand parts are taking time but they really should have not sold the car if they knew there was an issue and the part was taking this long. Do not buy a car from here

      No star for this dealership!!! I am single parent and I just got from a car accident when I went to Coyle to get a car. I was upfront to them about my situation that I really needed help esp that I am not from this country and doesn't know anyone thinking they would really help me. Last 09/19/22, I purchased a car from them but after just one day it was already acting out, which I immediately emailed to the salesperson. He set up a date to have it checked and fixed. It wasn't got checked until it broke down on 09/30. But instead of helping me out, they're already selling me another junk car and telling me to also pay the other car. And, this manager Janie Cunnigham unethically advised me to sell it to friends or on Facebook marketplace. She's much concerned about their rental car to have it returned asap. Knowing I don't have a car. They even originally promised me they had a Ford Escape for me, it turned out a Ford Focus. They even said, they would fix the car for free, but they're charging me. Like, seriously they don't mean business. They're into Monkey Business.

      This business should be shut down for shady reasons! For attacking a woman who came in for a Oil change. Making promises to her to exchange her lease to a new one have 5 people plus the General Manager John ******* shaking her hand and telling her we will take care of you and no problems will happen! Then leave with no contract they come to your home to sign and take contract. You ask for them. Don’t worry we got you. Next morning we have problems we need you to come in you have to sign a new contract because your not fundable! This is called a yo yo scam! They scammed me! Then they threatened me to repo the car! I’m so scared it’s unbelievable!
