6/12/2014 I am currently going through a divorce and was not allowed by LAW to get into my home without my husband being here but he was in training. So when I finally got into the house I grabbed my book and went to return it and CollegeBookRenter already charged my card $100 to buy it. Only sending out an email to notify me which I did not get.

Comment from the Business If the customer had extenuating circumstances as to why she could not comply with her due date, then she simply needed to contact customer service. Unfortunately, she did not do that and the book has now been sold to her. As stated in our Terms of Use, once a book has been sold it cannot be returned for a refund. She was charged per the terms she agreed to upon placing her order. by on 6/12/2014
