            This business has zero accountability. I ordered my windows from them back in March, and scheduled a full installation of all windows in May. There were two windows that the product manager put in the wrong measurements for, so those two did not get installed. All other installations were fine, but I found a crack and several dent marks in the vinyl within two weeks of installation. I filed a work order for those damages in the following weeks, in June, along with an estimate date of installation for the two un-installed windows. I talked and reported this incident in June; two full months have gone by, and I have not heard from the business of any solution of fix for the damages nor the installation date. I do not understand how the business would not deliver quality product and service that they promised me (installing a damaged product out of the box and the vinyl cracking within two weeks of installation, does nothing in regards to trying to fix the issues), when I've already paid.
