Booked an immediate flight for 3 people, totaling over $6600 to due to the death of our grandmother. Drove 4 hours to the airport and spent $660 for 3 covid tests. Their system allowed us to book a flight with a layover of over 12 hours in Taipei. But they
wouldn't let us board because a new policy in Taiwan that had went into effect over 10 days ago, wouldn't allow a layover of over 12 hours. So we tried to call their customer service numerous times-but no one picked up. So we had missed the funeral and haven't received any refunds. **** never book with them ever again.Review from Navin S

I am waiting for my refund from Vayama since the last 2 years. I had booked a flight in Jan 2020 to travel in March 2020 and flights got cancelled due to COVID. I have been writing to Vayama for the last 2 years and I haven't received any refund from Vayama till date. First they asked me to proved I purchased the ticket, they deleted my account in their system, then dragged this for a year by saying the airline has not made the payment and now claim they have refunded with no proof to show they did since I have not received the refund. They ask me to share my bank statements but won't provide proof of transfer of money from Vayama providing what date they transferred or what amount.

I would rate them worst and 0 stars negative, ***** fake.
I booked the ticket from them, and charged to my credit card and applied their credit card credentials while booking the ticket and I was flagged for payment review in the airport. To board the flight I have to pay ********* This is all happened because of this fake website and **** people. No response to emails and all the phone numbers are fake and incorrect. The customer service is so worst. Please never ever book any reservation through them. I went on family emergency, so didn't check the ratings. otherwise I would never do. Anyways, I informed to most sites and people about them, being a member to couple of organizations.Review from Shamsia A

They are scam!
I purchased tickets from website BUSA-XXXXXXX and got positive Covid can not make the trip. Emirates canceled my ticket and ask me contact agent for refund
Which I tried email them more than 10 times but after a whole week still no reply! Have to contact emirates again and again but still ask me contact agent for refund or change dates, but agent no way to get hold of?Review from Morgaine K

I've been waiting on a refund from Vayama for almost a year and a half. I foolishly believed them when they said I'd receive a refund and, because of this, I've missed out on disputing the charge with my bank. Vayama is an absolute scam. They are dishonest and have no concept of customer service. They should be embarrassed for how they've handled this refund process. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
