            I payed honest tax to fix tax misfiling from 2022. I payed them ***** upfront. They have yet to fix the problem l. I never asked them to wipe or make taxs owed as a no collect. I have tried to talk with them and have requested my file 4 times. All they do is pass me to someone else. I still receive letters from the irs. When I spoke to them 2 times this week all they keep saying is I dont understand or here is this form we will fix 2023 taxs. They were payed to do a job that they have not and do not appear to be doing. When I asked for a brake down of there work I was told they would put in a request to see if they can release it to me. They are creating more problems than they are fixing.

            I paid this company upfront and two months later ** still waiting for my returns. Every time I called I was told the returns will be worked on. That they are working on ******************************************** There are always excuses. Finally I asked for a full refund. I was told my case will go to arbitration and I would be offered a severance. The representatives I spoke with were condescending, dismissive and rude to me. Buyer beware.
