              Stay away from this company. It's been at least three years, changing me to at least three different specialists and they still haven't fixed my tax problem but did make sure they charged me $3,000 to help me. The last time we talked I was promised that this time they were going to fix it after assigning me yet another specialist in their office. In the end I got a surprising letter from the *** saying they are cancelling my payoff settlement offer because I failed to respond to their offer, which was mailed to RTR and they never notified me. I contacted them about this and they said it's probably in the mail room! I am doing everything I can to get a refund from RTR.In addition, I am still without a payment agreement from the *** which ******** promised to resolve, and for the last few years have NOT received a tax refund because of my being default in taxes and I don't have the money to hire another tax service. I had orginally believed in these people because they keep advertising that they help people with taxes.
