I have a long history with this company because like most small business owners we need help getting established. First of all they do not report to the credit agencies 5 years now on time payments no reflection. 2 years ago I was denied paying it off in full. Then of course things came up during the 2 month wait to get approved for payoff. The loan is something over 25% interest rate. The first couple years I was refinanced no problems again not that I want to be stuck but COVID hurt and I needed to. I'm still paying around 660 a month with no reports and was denied again for an approval refinance because my credit was 611 and cards were high. The refinance was to pay the cards of course. All that aside this company is not good for loans the interest rates or building. I strongly suggest just working more and seeking a good credible bank. I know this is hard for those self employed but this does not help it hurts. The loan paper will say like 2%and it's really 25 or so. The most important factor here is it DOES NOT build credit and that they claim you credit does not matter but reality from someone who has faithfully paid 5 years they so not help. I will be happy when it's over if they do not accept my payoff when I approach again they will hear from my attorney.

I applied last week, they messaged me today saying I just need to change my Legal Business name to a DBA, so that it would help them help me build my business credit up. I really didnt have the money to do this as this week has been a tough one. But I did what they suggested and went ahead and filed a DBA for $60. I sent the guy that suggested I do that, a copy of the confirmation and nothing, no reply. I was also told to arrange an appointment for a video or phone call, I did and nothing!!! I tried calling and using the pin they provided only to be informed there was no meeting. I then look online only to see I was declined before even getting the meeting phone call. Total shock, Im $60, out of pocket now and have a DBA, I didnt even need or want.They should be ashamed of themselves, and like one of the reviews below, when I called all I was told was they held little information about why I was declined and that the man would call me to discuss.They should be ashamed of themselves.

I welcome speaking to anyone but I am notifying the proper authorities given this is not ethical and I may have been exposed and compromised by Camino Financial. Here's the sequence of events, they had me do pre-qualifications and my credit score was a 709, then they asked me to connect my bank account via their Plaid income verification systems in which I am very familiar, so they can see I generate on average $25K a month deposits with most recent $35,000 June. Keep in mind I satisfied the requirements above -no issue, then days later, they asked for my recent tax records- no problem in which they see I generated over $900k income- yep thats right! Then they asked me to remove a fraud alert on my credit profile which was odd given what relevance did that have in order for Camino to access my credit profile like any other lender (i have the text from ******** ***************************, Account Executive) who was insisting I needed to do that albeit odd, then the next business day, I am declined.I called ******** as to what is going on? No answer, then I called Camino directly and the agent said, "her system does not specify as to why I was declined but that I would get a letter 30 days later." So given all of the above, I asked for a supervisor, no one is available to speak with me at this time and feel ghosted but yet they got me to remove the fraudulent alert on my credit profile unnecessarily. Well, they got the wrong applicant as I am very professional and work with the government and will be looking to bring this to the attention of the proper authorities, so anyone thinking about doing business here, proceed with caution.

So I decided to come back to this company because I was denied before due to fraud issues in my credit report. This time my credit is clean and current on just one loan and thats all I have in my profile. All I asked for was for $4,000 and they denied me. I dont understand this company on how they say minimum requirements needed and no credit history is fine. I was pre- approved and was suppose to speak to someone around noon the next day. This person forgot, never called me and when I logged on was denied funds on the portal. These people arent here to help anyone. I feel like they only choose who they want to choose. Thats terrible. Even with nothing bad in your report you get disqualified. Makes no sense and especially for just $4,000. Regret coming back to them. STAY AWAY unless your making probably $20,000 a month and have a 800 credit score.

It is an abusive company. They deceive you with the time of making the loan, taking all your information and with excessive and abusive interests and terms. the wed are misleading and do not respect customer complaints. I think they do that because we are Latino. It is a hoax.

Manipulative and Deceptive Practices to shop your loan and waste your time!! It was advertised that we be approved in 24 hours after we sent all documents. I sent everything requested within 10 minutes of my application. then you get on the phone and they tell you it takes 48 hours and then after that they quote and additional 3-4 days. And they even asked for my personal bank statements. I have a median credit score of 701! My business makes average $60k per month and I've been in business for 2 years!
