            The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore, consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On March 11, 2022 the BBB contacted the company in regard to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received. On March 21, 2022 the business responded stating they follow a dropshipping model and "sometimes it's difficult to maintain the timeline. But we are working on it hard to match everything up to the standard." BBB followed up asking what the company was doing to ensure consumer receive their merchandise in a timely manner, unfortunately we did not receive a response.

            The Federal Trade Commission's Prompt Delivery Rules "spells out the ground rules for making promises about shipments, notifying consumers about unexpected delays, and refunding consumers' money. Enforced by the FTC, the Mail or Telephone Order Rule applies to orders placed by phone, fax or the Internet."             Order XXXXX Order Date 6/3/22 Amount Paid ****** Color Burgundy Size 14 Dress Arrived ****** I ordered a burgundy dress and when I received it the dress looks red. The first time I reached out to them via a contact form on their website and their response to me via email was telling me the no return policy on dresses.This wasnt a custom order because the size/color was available as an option didnt enter anything in custom box The second conversation I had was via chat with an live agent through my account they automatically set up for me when I made my purchase. I informed them I would like to exchange it for a darker burgundy because the dress matches my red heels. The agent asked me to provide picture of my dress. I sent her two picture via the chat. One picture of just the dress and another of the dress next to my red shoes. She said she will help me with this and ask for my number to get back in contact via phone or email once she has a solution. This was on 7/26/22 and I still havent heard anything from the agent or the site. 2 weeks later I tried reaching out to them again via chat. In order to chat you have to log into your account. For some reason I was having a hard time logging in. I just thought it was me entering the wrong password but every time I went to reset it I was still having issues with the new password. I contact them via the contact form ask for help with this issues.No response. So I start to search the site for different ways to reach out. I called the number on the site multiple times and every time it say no agent available. I begin to search for the dress I order on the website when I click on dresses it says no products found. So start clicking on shoes, accessories, etc.I receive the same message No product found. It as if the site disappeared. I really just wanted another dress but now I would like my money back because something isnt right about the site. I would ship the dress back to the address posted on the site if I could.

            March 29, 2022 I brought a dress for $297.77, the dress was never shipped now they are giving me the run around to get my refund. I had to drive to Chicago to replace the dress that i never got and had to spend an additional $200 for the new dress. I want my money
