    Order #********* 10/24/21 Order some glassware (***********) on 10/24/21 from Silkletter.com order #********* $186.48 10/25/21 I was then informed that the glassware I ordered was discontinued, so another product was offered to me for an addition $72.72 ***********. 11/04/21 I got a confusing email from silkletter referencing the previous product, so I called them. I was then informed that the other glassware I ordered I was not going to be available till February so I then ask for a refund for the complete 259.20 11/08/21 I notice I have not received any refund so I opened a support ticket ID *****. I received no response from this ticket. Order #********* 11/26/21 40 Wine Tumblers (***********) and 8oz White Wine *lasses (***********) for a total of 508.86 12/07/2021 Silkletter informed us via email that they no longer have the 8oz White Wine *lasses (***********) available and I would be issue a refunded I received the Tumblers from that order, However I still had not received a refund and to complicate matters the credit card I used to purchase these orders had fraud activity (not related to Silkletter.com). I had to cancel the card and was issued a new card. 01/19/22 I called Silkletter and explained that I never received any refunds and that I had to cancel credit card and get a new one. I was told someone would get back to me in 24hours. 01/20/22 Called again because no one is getting back to me. 01/21/22 Called twice left messages, no one is answering 01/24/22 Call 3 times this day, got a hold of Robin. She request I provide a letter from the bank stating the previous card had fraud. I provided the letter, the letter contain my complete old card # but only the last 4 digits of my new card for security purposes. I request they call me for the complete card #. 01/31/22 Called Silkletter because no response to the email. I was told someone would get back to me in 24hours. 02/07/22 Informed Silkletter I would be opening a complaint with the BBB.

    I placed an order on August 2 with silkletter for 40 custom dry bags for my staff. They responded on August 3 that the colors I ordered were out of stock and sent me an inventory list of what was available and currently in stock. I ordered new dry bags using the available colors (there were over 100 items available). On august 12, they responded again that the items I ordered were out of stockthe items they had said were in stock according to the inventory list. I placed a new order for a different item. They told me the item would ship with 3 day shipping on august 19. On august 24, they reached out again for a new shipping address. Why didn't they ask during the four phone conversations or multiple email exchanges prior to this?? I don't know. They never sent a confirmation email or a shipping notification so I cannot track my order. As of today, august 29, almost a full month after I placed my initial order, they say it is expected to be out for delivery.

    I have ordered many custom items from several different companies before. Silkletter does not seem to have the capacity to offer the products, timing, or ******** ******* necessary for the scope of their product offerings. I will choose a different company in the future and would not recommend silkletter to anyone.

Should an order fall in production queue before your order then the inventory is allocated to the first order in line.
