This summer ******* Property Management was tasked with upgrading the entry locks to all of the community areas listed above and for months we've been seeing emails about new key fobs that are replacing the traditional keys we have to access these areas.
Then finally on July 11th the alarm company they hired had come out to install the new system for the new key fobs. During this time, the OLD keys and key fobs were deprogrammed and became non-functional. Each owner was promised to receive two new key fobs that were to be left at their door that same day (July 11th, 2022) after activation.
I'm writing this review on August 1st because we still do not have a new key fob to access the pool. In fact, it turns out about a third of the residents have been locked out of the community spaces for over 3 weeks. We've personally seen people climbing over fences or through windows to access the common areas. There has been no communication from ******* Property Management. Effectively, they've managed to lock out its residents from all of the common areas and amenities for weeks (now going on months) during the busiest summer months when residents and our kids are trying to enjoy the last few remaining days of a short summer break before starting school again.
Did I mention we pay $500+ in monthly HOA dues and an average townhouse in this complex is worth $1.5-1.8 million?
So in conclusion, if you are trying to **** off your residents and drive the value of your property down, hire ******* Property Mismanagement and it's team of lazy employees who do not return calls or answer emails.
