Ive had an excellent experience working with Music Box Attic. I had a special project for my wedding anniversary and I wanted a custom box that played a specific melody. No vendors seemed to have the tune I was looking for, and those who said they could make a movement that did either charged an amount far beyond my means, or seemed too low to be true. The staff at Music Box Attic were able to make this custom movement and did so staying in my budget without compromising on quality. Their wide selection of boxes allowed for a delightful pairing of it to the movement and the engraving added the perfect touch as an anniversary gift. Finally, as ** said previously, the staff were wonderful. Polite, responsive, and realistic - they never over-promised or used any tricks for my business. These people are true professionals, folks. If youre looking for a unique music box that is heirloom quality, these are the people you see.

I worked with Music Box Attic on a custom music box and found that the staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to provide the music, and their musician transcribed and shared what the music box version would sound like. We were able to correspond back and forth to get the music to be exactly what I wanted and the composition of the song turned out fantastic.Also, the prompt responses I had with every question was very reassuring and I was able to get my music box on time. The quality of the music box was above my expectations and it played the exact composition that we had discussed. I couldn't be happier. I would like to offer my thanks again to the Music Box Attic for everything!

I highly recommend the Music Box Attic. I had some very strict requirements for an excerpt of a classical music piece and ***** worked with me and was extremely patient. We went through many iterations due to the difficulty of converting a piece with many simultaneous voices and my pickiness. We tried different versions of the same piece until the conversion sounded perfect to my ears. ***** was so patient and the quality was amazing. I was simultaneously hiring another company to do the same thing (since it was for my wife's birthday and very special to get it right). The Music Box Attic's version was hands-down much better. I would unequivocally recommend this company to others.

Amazing music box for my Goddaughter! I have written Music Box Attic several emails about how fantastic & caring they are but had yet to read an official review! Today is the day for positive vibes! And Im sorry it took so long for me to write this but you never left my thoughts! I ordered a large white ballerina music box for my Goddaughters first birthday. Super exciting! It exceeded my ***************** particular! Funny/ not funnyI gave them the wrong BIRTH YEAR for the plaque they glued on the bottom. Bad Godmother! I panicked, emailed them and THEY WERE SO KIND! Sent me a corrected plaque with instructions on how to carefully remove the incorrect one (that I created) and instructions on how to apply the new one! I kept asking, how much do I owe you?! It was MY MISTAKE, not yours! No charge! Unbelievably kind, caring, genuine individuals creating these pieces AND responding to emails! I have emailed them several times, singing their praises and asking where/how to post a review! They have always been delighted to receive my emails w personal, thoughtful responses.They truly represent there is still faith in humanity and quality customer service! So refreshing! Treat others how you want to be treated and youll be amazed by the joy it brings you. Thank you Music Box Attic from the bottom of my heart! You saved my gift to my Goddaughter!

Excellent customer service deserves appreciation. I would like to acknowledge this company's CSR Boris for his immense input in getting my matter resolved quickly on a challenging issue of those tiny and delicate screws that hold the lid of the music box. He was polite, professional, and truly cared that I was pleased with the end result. These hand-made music boxes from Music Box Attic, Inc. are absolutely beautiful; the craftmanship is superb. Can’t wait to purchase another one. They make wonderful holiday, birthday, or any occasion gifts for people of all ages.

I had some problems with my order, and the help desk stepped right in and got it all taken care of for me. They are truly a great company to do business with. They will be hearing from me again. They are the best!

Great products and communication. They replaced a product that was damaged in transport without delay. They sent a new one and included a prepaid return label with the new product to ship the damaged product back. Unlike most that require to have damaged product returned before sending out new one. I love their products and communication. Answered my phone call without delay. Will definitely purchase again.

In my opinion this is the place to go to for a music box. Not only is the box beautiful, it came promptly and well packed, but the customer service is truly amazing. When the box arrived and I tested it, the music was not the song I ordered. I called customer service ( ***** M) and he could not have been nicer. It turned out I had ordered the wrong song, one with a similar name. I was told I could send it back and they would replace the mechanism and return it to me or, they would send a new mechanism for me to replace myself (and return the original). All of this would be done at no cost to me even though I was the one who ordered the wrong song. ***** M. was simply terrific and responded very quickly by email if there were any questions. I recommend this store unreservedly and wish them well.
