    I don't consider my move on July 1, 2022 a complex one - downsize from 2,000 sq ft to about 1,600 sq ft within the same town less than 2 miles between the homes. The old home was located in a cul de sac with direct access to the driveway. The new condo had a longer driveway to the garage area. Neither were in mountainous or narrow roads, and furniture reduced to 2 bedrooms, an upright piano, and single dining and living room furniture. Job was not completed but cost ********* and far exceeds their one day's quote of ******* for 4 movers. I unfortunately also wrote my check *** over although I was certain I heard correctly, but the foreman said they'll just credit it for next time. Relentless gouging. Prior to the move, they forgot to send me paperwork as stated for the off-site storage so I called to remind them. That furniture never made it to storage and instead was left at the old house and I was told at the end of the moving day to call the office to reschedule. During the move, I was warned the piano may not make it into the elevator of the new place and the foreman wasn't going to ask the guys to move it up to the second floor via the stairwell (previous occupant with pictures had moved their piano in that way) despite providing all the information ahead of time, twice. It eventually made it in, but shocking how they refused to use the stairs when it did not appear an extraordinary issue for others. They didn't bring extra boxes for wall hangings despite being informed in advance. Four 5-gallon emergency water bottles were stored in the new place sideways and began a slow leak onto other items that I discovered the next day. I've called them twice on July 5 and July 11 for a resolution, but I'm told ***, the owner, was away on vacation the first week and then on the second call I was told she would return my call. I have not heard back since. A refund of ********* for the difference would be more than fair especially when I tipped them out of etiquette.
