This whole thing is a scam and I would like a full refund. The template says its supposed to be downloaded straight to you computer after the purchase but it isnt and it wont. Theyve been in business for 20 years yet have no customer service. I want my full refund of $97 as soon as possible

Very Poorly written product delivered for the price per hour, less than peer reviewed for analysis. Great at missing meeting for stand ***, failed to write the complete plan and missed the capital raise when the numbers didn't show real value. Great at taking money, before the work is complete. Better to hire someone who picks up the phone and provides customer service.

Zerosuport. Good product absolutely no Support unless your a friend I guess. Steer clear

I'd give them 0 if I could. Despite their website saying 'we will give full refunds up to a year if this isn't what you need'- it isn't true. Make sure you read the fine print. They will provide you with additional 'free' products that they will roll into the price of what you actually want. But then after the first free month- charge you a subscription. It is pretty sneaky and doesn't show up till your receipt. I didn't notice too late. The business plan was underwhelming and then when I only received about 200$ or my 550$ back because the 'subscription' that I didn't want was apparently non refundable.

This company is great at their marketing tactic and their a la carte funnel to show you more add-ons before you simply leave with just a business plan template. I too was tempted into believing that an expert market analysis was worth $297 and that this would benefit my pursuit to build a solid business plan. In the end, the BP template was as plain as what is found in other online free sites, and the market research was not understandable without asking for time to go over the results. I called and never got a return call. I emailed and found that their marketing team doesn't have time to get on a phone call, but was later provided a pdf to understand the statistics for myself. Lastly, I did not recall a $97 monthly subscription was still active after a month into having purchased the templates. I was billed for the subscription and apparently, I'm not the first to fall for this trick. I would like a full refund of these templates due to the lack of support and help as Mr. **** ******** professes to support you within his presentations and emails.
It's poor service and very much targeted to new entrepreneurs that are looking for help online. As if starting my business isn't tough enough without this A+ rated company at taking my money for pre-built templates that do not truly work for my intended investor base
