Shady practices. This company has online reviews, but if you post a critical review, they will put it up for only one day, send you and email that your review posted, and reply to the review denying your experience of the transaction. Then, after you have visited the product page to see your review, they take the review back down, leaving only the five-star reviews. It's hard to trust a company that does this. My review was practical and informative, and gave them a way to solve the problem by fixing their ambiguous size chart. Instead of taking the feedback seriously, they opted to try to make me go away (they offered me an $8 gift card), and then deleted my review. Consumers should know that the numerous five-star ratings on their product pages are amassed by deceptive means. I gave them two stars because one of the three items I bought from them was actually okay, but one was a "final sale" item that I did not bother to review, although, I was not super happy with it, and the other, the top I did try to review, was not anywhere near as-described by their size chart. I tried to alert them to that issue, but was told that I was wrong, and that "as a courtesy," they would give me the $8 gift card towards return shipping for exchanging to item. I almost took them up on it, even though they told me I would have to purchase a second item and wait for the return to go through before I could use the gift card, but then when I went back to the product page, I noticed they had taken down my review. Not trusting them now! Buyer, beware. If you don't get the right size (which you very likely won't, since their size charts are so weird), you will pay for return shipping, and if you're unhappy with the product, your review may never be seen by anyone but you and them.
