I am flabbergasted. I suppose I am naive. I thought if you are a legitimate company who claims to do a miriad of tasks for their customers concerning small legal matters, that you will do as you advertise. After paying $90 for a 'demand letter' I cannot even get anyone to return my emails. I now have found out they all work remotely........not a good sign in my opinion. I was stupid enough to believe their advertisement and now I've found out they may not even exist. Yes you have an email address and yes you have a phone number.......of sorts........when it is answered the ** doesn't even say the name of their business. I feel so stupid. I will try to get my money back but I fear (after reading all of the reviews on just this site alone) I am probably out of luck as far as getting my demand letter sent and/or of getting my $90 back. Yes I will follow up by contactiing the appropriate 'watch dog' organizations who are there to protect the public. But what a hassle. Why can't you just do what you say you'll do and be done with it. Shame on all of you for misleading the public. Karma can be quite the b****

After her first decline in payment, we should have used better judgement in obtaining her as a client; especially with the none sensible paragraph after paragraph submitted against another business.Client did not pay $90.00; paid $79.95 and our paralegal has emailed her twice now with her documents. Maybe check your junk/spam folders. Courtlinked.com; we should use better judgment in taking clients. This was a disaster from the start.Check your email before making a false review.
