So far so good. Ticket bust was professional, friendly and fast. I got a speeding ticket in another state. I wasnt sure what to do. I am so lucky I found ticketbust online and applied. Shortly after they contacted me, described the process and helped me make the payment. Hoping my ticket gets dismissed if it doesnt I was advised traffic school is included with ticketbust. Again making life easier for me.

I was initially skeptical about this company but I trusted in the fact that they could get my ticket dismissed and in fact they did. I had two tickets that I was fighting for and one couldn't be helped but I did get traffic school for it but the other one got dismissed because of their help!TicketBust.com Response

I did everything they asked and filled out questions accordingly. I sent all the documents exactly how they said and when the court said that they don't accept trial by written declaration, they wouldn't give me a refund. If the court doesn't even accept this kind of trial for my case then why not tell me before instead of wasting my time and taking my money? I would strongly not recommend ticketbust because they took $200 and gave me documents that weren't even accepted by the court.TicketBust.com Response

They seem to be very knowledgeable and prepared a very comprehensive package for me to mail to the court. Their website was in little difficult to navigate on my Android phone but I think that was my phone's problem. Overall very quick service, fast and efficient.TicketBust.com Response

So for me they got my tickets dismissed and when my husband received his tickets back in 2020 and a new one this 2021 they PULLED through and were able to have both tickets dismissed, they worked for us ! Will never go anywhere elseTicketBust.com Response
