I found them to be straightforward and upfront. The documents that I received were excellent. When I cancelled my free trial, it was simple and no hassle. Now that I know all that they have to offer, I will use them again.Review from Clarence K

I have had two charges on my credit card that are unfamiliar. I called 888.881.1139 and spoke with Kamisha. She stated that unless I can provide the email address that was used to create the fraudulent charge, she couldn't help me.
I provided the name on my credit card as well as the last four digits of the credit card but again, she was unable to assist me unless I knew an email address associated with the charge.
I am not making this up... I told her that this was a fraudulent charge and that it needed to stop. Her response was that she needed an email address to stop the charges.
I can't tell you what email address someone used for my credit card.
Please make the charges stop and please refund my card for two months worth of $38.95 charges on June 20th and July 20th.

After a thorough review of LegalNature's records, we have not found an account associated with the Consumer using the information provided by the customer. LegalNature requires customers to utilize an email address to form an account. Our detailed searches are conducted using the Consumers name, email address, telephone number, or other account details. Our Customer Service representatives conducted such a search with the information provided by the customer and have been unable to locate any records for the consumer who reported this complaint. Our customer service associates have also provided guidance on disputing the charge with the bank if indeed the charge is fraudulent. If the consumer would like to provide more detail including alternative information that may have been used, LegalNature would be more than happy to conduct another search of all records to locate the account and provide the appropriate refund.Customer Response

I have provided the name of the account holder and the credit card number that was charged.
I can certainly ask the credit card company to go through further pain; however, it is either disingenuous or incompetence for a company to state that they are not able to look up a charge they have made on a person's credit card. That is a basic function a merchant processor provides.
I believe the company's above response removes any doubt about their lack of customer service. They are not LISTENING to the problem. There simply won't be a valid account for them to retrieve related to my provided email addresses if the charge was fraudulent.
