The other complaint by ************ is absolutely correct. one beneficiary borrowed $20k from ************************* or Advanced Inheritance. The beneficiary was referred by ***********************. ***** said he wanted $36k back. We had an agreement to pay the $36k, he accepted $15k. Upon preparing to pay him the $21k, he put a lis pendens on the property and went into court to take over as administrator. During his administratorship he has not viewed the property once, he does not talk to the beneficiaries, he does not pay any taxes or keep the property in order. He has kept the property tied up in court for three years. As of last year he said he wanted $66k in legal fees and *********************** said she wanted $56k in legal fees. This is all a scam started with a $20k loan.

Do not believe all complaints that you read on the internet.  This complainant was never a legal client of ****************************, Esq. or Advance Inheritance, LLC.  Rather, she was a co-conspirator in a State Court probate matter, who was found liable for unlawfully transferring the home out of the Estate, in which Advance Inheritance LLC was an interested party. After the complainant failed to live up to a settlement agreement to informally resolve matters filed Attorney *******, the complainant, after a Court trial in which the complainant testified, was ultimately found liable to the Estate for $700,000 in damages plus almost $100,000 in attorney fees and costs. The complainant also lost a Federal case that she filed against Attorney ******* and Advance Inheritance LLC.  Complainant is pursuing appeals of both of the judgements against her, as is her right.  Every matter or action of which the complainant complains, has been brought before the State and Federal courts, and every single issue has been decided against the complainant (all of which are public record for all to view).  This is simply a case of sour grapes and nothing more.
