Placed an order for *********** day, and wanted to return it using their very widely advertised 100 day return policy. I've tried calling about 10 times, but their phone line has been down due to staffing shortages, and I've sent about 5 emails with no response. I just want to return the item and get a refund, but it's been a ghost town from them for 31 days now.Doesn't make me feel great about recommending them to anyone.Review from Krystle F

Very disorganized company. They had a site wide pricing error. They cancelled the order, and sent an email saying I had requested it be cancellled, that was placed. Then sent an email thanking me for the order and telling me it would be shipped out in the next two to three business days.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with Pearls of Joy. As stated, we had a brief website code issue that listed many products at $0 or $1. While I appreciate your moxie for trying to order 20 products (with a true value of $10,000+) knowing full well it was an error - I think you can also understand why that order was cancelled. As a small family run business, this would have been a severe loss for our operations. And as you said, you knew it was a error and not a true price. At any rate, the order has been cancelled and your email has been removed from our database. But I do apologize for the error and experience.Customer Response

While I can certainly understand the order being cancelled. I did not in fact know it was an error when placing the order, I attempted to contact your company as the price seemed too good to be true but the phone lines were not being attended at the time. I referenced it as a pricing error as that is how it was explained after the fact. So thank you for being insulting over someone trusting you company to be competent enough to price things properly online.
The reason I find your company disorganized, is because of how you responded to your error and the fact that I received so many follow up emails referencing the order as though it would still be getting sent. Even after I was told I was removed from your email list I was still receiving more emails referencing the order. I went and removed myself from the mailing list which seems to have finally solved the issue.
