Horrible experience, no respect for the customer. On Teleflora's website they offer "The company offers same-day delivery .." I wanted to order flowers for my 93 year old Mother in Law special day, check several websites, some of them very honest they disclose upfront that they couldn't deliver the next day. I went to the Teleflora website and found that they could deliver the next day. I placed the order yesterday May 9, 2023 in the early afternoon and the order accepted the delivery day for the next day and received the confirmation next day delivery in the afternoon . Delivery was in a small city, everything was within a 10 minutes drive. Today May 10th I received an email after 10:00 AM, " Unfortunately, we were unable to place your order for delivery on the requested day....if we do not heard from you by 8:AM we will schedule the delivery for the "NEXT AVAILABLE DATE", didn't have an specific date. We needed to Celebrate My Mother in Law special day today, not tomorrow, not for Teleflora's Next Available Date. I called *********'s they didn't care, I was ask if I wanted to cancel the order when I complain and demanded that they needed to be delivered today. I was told that it was too late that the cutoff time had passed for today? When I asked them why they didn't place the order yesterday when it was ordered, they didn't have a response and instead I was told that they could deliver the day after tomorrow. Our surprise and special congratulations were ruined. Teleflora's is Misleading the customer when they accpet the order with the deliverty day just to get the customer order and they do not deliver, this is illegal advertising.
