            I called e health to change ******** hmo provider and they completed forms and forwarded my call to activate. Person to activate never answered and change never completed as I requested and authorized. Tried to follow up to no avail. Completed request with ************* on March 15, 2024 but no activation of request. Got call today, March 21, 2024 and asked for supervisor and was denied by indefinite wait. I can not get activation for change completed. Im handicapped and couldnt do forms without pain so called but company failed to do function and I still have no viable health care now. I want corporate headquarters to answer the complaint. They are hiding from the public - corporate phone online dont go through. They are frauding the government by not doing the functions paid for in contract.
