      Their billing is impossible to follow, even with my MBA. They charge me for items that my insurance company has denied. The third party credit card company they use is a fraud that automatically signs you up for expensive and unnecessary credit monitoring.I cannot reconcile their bills to the claims they have made to my insurance. I have advised my doctor to stop writing prescriptions to SuperCare.

      Super care is taking advantage of the elderly. Once a bill is paid they continue to bill. My father was approved for a cane and ******. They billed insurance and then told us we could only have one. After many calls to super care and his insurance they finally agreed to deliver both items. We paid in full for both items and then continued to receive bills. Again It took hours of my time to straighten this out. Someone needs to investigate them. They are crooks ! They delivered a wheelchair that we said we didnt want and refused to take it. Now we are getting billed for it. Still trying to resolve that issue.

      They billed us and we paid the invoice and then they billed ** again for the same invoice saying that they credited the prevous payment to another invoice what kind of double dealing is that and told us we still owed the invoice they billed us...... or that they would send us to collections I think that the insurance companies should check into their billing practices and also ******** They are always behind in billing and how convienent is that so they can put the payment where they want to and keep billing you over and over....... we are tired of this many times they have billed us before billing the insurance ........ and when we call they say oh you don't owe that.... and then we get a bill........ *** is this company allowed to sell equipment they are horrible...This is a terrible company and we are sorry to deal with them....... I think we should report them to ******** and the insurance commissoner.......

      BAD BILLING SYSTEM. Told twice in 5mo period Supervisor would call me. Never received call as yet. Employees not submitting new insurance information. Causing threats of terminating my equipment because they aren't doing their jobs. Next step is a paralegal family member. My billing has been screwed up since Nov 2022 to June of 2023.

      Total idiots !!!!! Fraudulent Billing....They are trying to confuse the elderly.....Most people would be confuse on the billing and service ( or lack of ) I stopped AND RETURNED BiPap machine months ago and made ALL my payments ....To this day ( X-XX-XX) I'm receiving bills ......Their own credit management sent me a letter MONTHS AGO stating I was correct and my Balance is $ 0 ! This only occurred After many ,many , MANY complaints to them and showing Proof !! I guess they have a Monopoly on this types of services, Even my Doctor Hates how they conduct Business........I fear for the people that get taking advantage of.........WE need a new Company to help people in need and be honest.

      After the response AND a telephone with Manager stating his fault for not taking care of this ONGOING issue .TODAY in the Mail ANOTHER Billing !!! ( sent on 7 /8.22 ) I received on 7/16.22. What the **** is going on with SuperCare Health !!! This harassment billing is out of Control !! Do i need to hire an Attorney. ........I want a Letter from Management asap !
