I was just there this evening 17th of ***.. A very mean girl named Danny knew that I asked for a certain clone and Dave rung me up and wouldn't look at my clones that I bought when I walked out to my car I did not get the right clones she told me tough I left the premises I've never been treated so badly and I was robbed not only the wrong clone that's half dead.. she wouldn't exchange my clone for the right one she said she was the manager I know she would not ***** was the bud tender he knew what I wanted we talked about how it grew with size how I liked it and he wouldn't even come to me when I had this problem so he gave me a half dead plant the wrong strain. I'm 63 years old and I've been doing this a while and I've been going to Wellness since it started from Angel.. I have 25,000 followers or in social media that I helped find clones they will do a review as I will her name is Danny and his name is Dave. Elemental Wellness on Timothy. He won't get many customers now nobody would help me with this situation

On the evening of 5/17 customer Maria R. made a purchase of a few clones (live plants). She was very specific about the strain she wanted, which we did not have. When showing the plants to Maria R., it was noted that she was handling them very roughly and not using the appropriate care or caution when handling an immature clone (live plant). Once the purchase was made Maria R., left the premises and was gone for an extended amount of time. Upon her return she was extremely vulgar, irate, and became personal with her insults. She called our Assistant Manager a "ugly fat *****". When she was asked to leave she then parked outside the exit door for customers and continued to scream a string of profanities to exiting customers. Finally after further interaction with security she left the premises. The next day 5/18 she began calling in to our customer service line. She immediately became vulgar, irate, and started yelling at our trained customer service specialists. She claimed that we sold her dead plants and demanded a refund. Unfortunately our policy clearly states there are no exchanges or refunds for nursery purchases.

Omg!!! Please believe me I know what straim I was looking for it was there they gave me dead ones and wouldn't let me look I was not vulgar I left crying as I looked at my plants when I walked out the door they were the wrong ones and dead I asked for the right ones they said too bad you left the premises they were the ones that were vulgar to me and said there was no security involved at all just that one woman that was so irate and vulgar she told me that that owner was dead and she was the only one I left there crying I swear to God they are lying I never touched the plants never ever ever I know how to handle babies they wouldn't let me look when I got outside to see if they had any Roots I never touched the plants I looked in the packaging outside door came running back. and they were the wrong plants I walked right back in the door right away and they said you already left the premises too bad.
I was crying that was all of my money gone and that was my medicine dead plants I called to ask for the owner never spoke to anyone they said he was dead I was not rude or vulgar I was in tears please believe me these people are very bad please believe me please look at their other reviews go inside pretend to be a customer please please help me they are lying.
I've never called anybody fat as I'm overweight myself that's crazy talk now I'm crying again I don't know who else to go to I'm not lying
