This was email I ended up sending after owner left my daughter a very unprofessional and inappropriate voice message. I think email says it all. Would NEVER USE AGAIN I understand that your wife is passionate about your business and of course would be upset if felt a customer did not pay given her friendly, helpful and immediate response to our problem. However, one would expect that the first voice message might have said, ***** calling because we dont believe we have received payment from you and need to get this settled, would you please call me back as soon as possible. I really am dumbfounded given how helpful and professional she was when we called for service that she would jump straight to I take this very personally, I will put a lean on your house and mess up your credit and you are immoral. Not to mention that there was literally 3 minutes between the first voice message she left and the 2nd more aggressive one, not giving my daughter, or myself a chance to call her back. I have raised my daughter to always take care of her responsibilities and role modeled this in front of her the day your technician finished the job. He told me I needed to pay through Zelle. I pulled out my ipad in front of him, signed into my bank account, paid him immediately and even asked him to wait until he got notification that it went through. 1. Given this was clearly your bookkeeping mess up AND how upsetting this was to my daughter to get this kind of voice message (in an airport on her way to a very important job event that she is presenting at). And2. Given your wife threatened that my daughter had until Friday before she turned her into a credit service and put a lean on the house.I am requesting by Friday a formal apology from your wife to my daughter or my reviews of your business will be blasted in as many venues as I can. If you all are as professional as you claim to be this should be a no brainer. When you mess up, you own it. Period.

We didn't show a client payment on this account for six weeks. I left her daughter a message that the bill needed to be paid. The name on the account and the check were different, hence our confusion about payment. We straightened it out and it was resolved. She is a punitive, hateful person as you can see here. Entitled and unaccountable. That 's the ******* way. So very glad NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. She's treacherous and if you're in the trades, AVOID THIS CLIENT.
