**** Legal Funding provided me with litigation funding. At first *** ***** and **** ****** seemed honest and helpful. However their choices and behaviors have shown them to be dishonest and corrupt. They both told me on numerous occasions that they would provide me with as much funding as necessary. However in the fall of 2021 they unexpectedly and without sufficient notice cut me off from funding without reason. They ignored almost all of my attempts to contact them and obtain a reason or resolution. Their receptionist even served as a gatekeeper. My attorney got involved and funding was briefly restored but not before *** rudely yelled at me during a phone call with my attorney. *** said that he can cut off funding anytime he wants even though he said otherwise when I began doing business with him. Payments were late. In January of 2022 *** and **** did the same thing to me again. They cut off funding unexpectedly and without notice, harming my ability to pay rent/bills and purchase necessary resources. Again they cut off all communication and made themselves unavailable. *** and **** duped me into believing that monthly payments from **** would be preferable to a lump sum payment. However a review of hundreds of online complaints against **** shows their true modus operandi: they dupe customers into accepting monthly payments and then cut them off without proper notice for profit. Furthermore *** ***** appears to be an unstable and abusive narcissist in desperate need of therapy. He called me from a coffee shop and proceeded to berate and threaten me for asking why the funding was cut off unexpectedly. He also contacted my attorney and made false accusations and threats against me. A quick perusal of hundreds of online complaints shows that *** has done the same thing to many customers and treats people quite abusively. He needs professional help and perhaps some time in prison to repent and reform. **** needs the same. I intend to expose their criminality.
