            I contracted with this ************* to install solar on my residence. After install on 12/15/2022 I finally received the permit to operate from PG&E on 06/21/23. No one from the company has reached out to turn on my system from Sun Star Energy. My system remained off until 09/23/23 when I decided to try and turn it on myself. Which I did and from what I was told by PG&E it is now on and producing energy. The system should have been turned on in June and because it was not My True up that I will owe in May of **** is at roughly ******* dollars. This company is not responding to my emails or phone calls and I believe the company has shut down. I contracted with this company for the installation and Maintenance of my system for 25 Years and so part of the cost of this contract is the maintenance which at this point I don't believe will happen through a company that is shut down. This company received from my finance company Mosaic roughly ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* contact with regarding these issues.

            I recently got this so company installed in back in March 2023 had the solar up except the **** WE found out from the installer the company went out of business!! few months later and that I needed to contact Mosaic ! ****** then wanted us to show proof and gave us this companies number and told them we had and also their website is down! Until this day we have not gotten any PTo and we refuse to have any other solar company to my house now we are trying to cancel my contract and Mosaic is refusing! I told them I'm not paying anything and want to cancel this contract this company yes a Failure with their communication!!!!
