      I have two Home Equity Lines of Credit with California Credit Union (CCU) and I am having trouble with them posting my payments and changing the payment amount. Also, I am not able to see my principal balance amount, and they keep telling me that I am behind on a payment and they are not applying it to my account.

      I have worked with several credit unions for multiple businesses and personal finances; this credit union is worse than any big bank. Among issues:1) Pre-approval of my auto loan until sitting in front of the auto-dealer at the time of purchase. Then after 60 minutes on hold, a representative informs us that the preapproval will not be honored due to a verification issue with a completely separate signature loan that was still processing. I contacted my out-of-state ** and they put through both the auto and signature loans instantly.2) Reversal of a mobile deposit as they felt the "image looked off." Took me 3 days and taking the original check into the branch (with its issuer) to show them it was "real." By this time, the urgency of the mobile deposit was moot and I had to perform financial gymnastics to get everything covered in the interim.3) LAST STRAW: The ** experienced issues with their Zelle wherein all funds were withdrawn from the account, but declined and never sent to the recipients. After 90 minutes on the phone and two management escalations (with a minimum 20 min. on hold, each transfer), I was finally able to get a provisional credit so that as a single woman, I could drive to a bank branch, withdraw the cash in large bills, and move about *********** paying in person. The ** REFUSED to issue any documentation of the bank's issues, rendering me to spend more of my unpaid time talking with bill partners to try and explain the situation and avoid late fees. I was advised by the ** NOT to use any kind of online payments for 3-5 business days (on the first, over a weekend), so I transferred my rent payment another way. The ** then tried to withdraw my mortgage payment and summarily suspended ALL of my online payment processes when they couldn't access the account. I spent another 90 min. on the phone getting back access to my online payment systems.After almost 15 years of loyal membership, including both business and personal accounts, I'm gone.
