      I had to put one star to leave a review or I would've gave them zero. As a very small business having your money ON **** is very important abs unfortunately this company DOES NOT understand this, they will hold payments and send an email saying "funding delayed" ALL THE **** causing me to be late on things since I don't have *********** in my account and they don't give a ****, "well it'll be deposited the following business day" is all they fall back on. Stay far away from this company they're "end of the month " fees that they will stick you with were never give over or mentioned, hmmm weird..Do your self a favor and just stay with square or just receiving cash. much simpler than dealing with corporate crooked companies like this.

We reviewed your cases and can see why you are upset. We'd love the chance to win back your trust so you don't have to pay higher fees with Stripe. We can also put you on a daily discounting program so your processing fees are taken out of each deposit instead of paying all fees in a lump sum at the end of the month. This would avoid the funding delay situation in the future. We do wish you all the success and would love to be a partner in your growth.

      I leave one star so I can post. It is not possible to leave a negative. I strive to encourage and support small businesses. I cannot recommend this company. An incubator has had a nightmare of a time working with them. I must find them another processor.They prey on the little guys, the independents, small shops. They have vague contracts and can at a whim decide to hold your funds. Be careful about batching small charges with large charges because if you ***** in Risk, all your transactions are frozen. They can collect instantly but are vey slow to pay out or correct their mistakes. SPECIAL ALERT! The loans offered to 360payment customers are from third-party companies that intentionally make their names look the same but they are not part of that company and they take money as soon a charge is approved NOT WHEN IT IS PAID. Take the time to build your credit, work with established banks, review companies before giving your financial information and make sure they are insured and legit.

      We are terribly sorry you had a bad experience. 360 Payments wants to be a partner in your business's success and growth. Regarding the situation where funds were held, the high ticket amount is assigned during the application and onboarding process. This is standard practice for all credit card processors in case a transaction is disputed or chargedback. The high ticket amount is often determined based on the business owner's available bank balance & credit history. The transaction held for your business was 5.5 times higher than the approved limit. We requested a review of your high ticket amount from the sponsoring bank but it was denied after they reviewed several risk factors. It is best practice for business owners to seek pre-approval prior to accepting a credit card payment for any amount over their high ticket limit. This ensures less hassle for the customer and gives the business owner a chance to negotiate another form of payment in the event the transaction is denied. We understand that funds being held for any reason is frustrating and can have a big impact on business, especially small businesses. In regards to the 360 Capital offer, this program is funded by a partner of ours as we are a merchant service provider and not a financial institution. We make this program available to our customers by parterning with a company that allows small businesses to obtain quick capital based on their processing history with us; which doesn't require credit checks or collateral assets. The documents you signed accepting the capital advance explained the program was funded and serviced by our partner, and not 360 Payments. Repayment is collected based on daily deposits from credit cards sales. When sales are down your payment is lower. Many of our customers have used the program to invest in their business growth or cover them through this tough economy. We hope to continue to be your partner in growth. Our Operations Manager will be reaching out over phone to gather more information about your less than positive experiences.
