      Would leave less than one star if possible. Absolutely awful company. No need to rehash the myriad of issues and bad behavior but suffice to say DO NOT USE THIS OTA. They stink. 😞🤮👋🏻🙈

      Shady practices..charges more..We booked 4 tickets and have to convert to travel voucher due to COVID-19 in 2020...Then started trouble..When we tried to rebook..they jacked up prices..those prices do not match with the prices listed on their ownweb site...when enquired, they say airlines gives them only updated prices and need to match ticket class with original..Once ticket is issued, if you check the ticket class on airlines web sites, price is found to be low...And then they charge additional fee citing fare difference..completely shady..Now if airlines is not going to return a portion of voucher remaining after ticket is reissued it is understandable but to charge extra is ridiculous..I am pretty sure fareboom is pocketing this extra dollars..There is no breakup provided.. Unfortunately we have to cancel the trip again as host country restricted international passengers..we have to rebook tickets to another country and guess what..fareboom charged again extra. knowing fully well that we did rebooking because of travel restrictions. Complete rip-off

      People all ready said eveything worst company i saw. Bought 3 tickets for 2800 and than they canceled my flight and asked me $13000 fee online to switch my flight and than reduced to 1156 and more nightmares. horrible customer service. Dont waste money on the book with confidince thing u will be making your life time mistake if u go with this company at all. how can this compant even operate? Just reading the reviews they should be in legal trouble for this stuff.

      Booked a flight on Fareboom for our honeymoon and it was to Fiji, unfortunately the country did not let US citizens in and cancelled the flight. They said we can get a refund for a cost of $75 per flight, that's BS but whatever, I said OK. They stated it would take 6-8 weeks to process the refund on JUNE 25th 2021. Now, 10/14 we still do not have our refund nor are they providing a timeline. They state "we have not gotten a refund from Fiji airways yet" I'm sorry but that's not my problem. Flight is cancelled, you promised a refund, you gave a timeline, stick to it or they will be getting a letter from my lawyer.

      NEVER USE FAREBOOM? Had flights cancelled due to COVID in 2020 and received a "travel voucher" to apply for new flights and when we try to use them, FAREBOOM jacked the price and we need to pay additional $500.00 a ticket (total three tickets) above the voucher credit to from WAS to CA. I can buy one ticket from WAS to CA less than $500.00. Why should I pay additional $1,500.00 + original credit $1834.00 to buy three tickets. FAREBOOM first offer us to process refund, but need to pay $100.00/each ticket for process. We hesitate to do it right away since we are afraid it is trap again. They do not promise that you will get full refund, but you have to pay $300.00 to FAREBOOM first. We do not decide it right away. After 2 months, we decide to process for refund. They tell us that we have to pay $400.00/each ticket for refund process. The policy changed all the time depend on their mood. Stay far away from this company. This company is scammer.

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay far away from this company. They don't have anyone on the phones and the live chat option says they are offline during business hours. This company are scammers.

      WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I paid over $600 and was refund $130.60. How to they have a BBB A+ rating with a customer review of 1.33 stars out of 5. BBB rating is not to be trusted.

      WARNING: I booked a trip to Amsterdam through this site during the pandemic for the end of 2021. Traveling to Amsterdam was still restricted so they offered a travel voucher with no applicable fees, but no refund was available unless you want to take a $400 penalty per person. During a time of crisis, this should have been waived. May I add that the voucher rules are very confusing and it was not easy to acquire it. We were also only given a small window to rebook even though the pandemic is ongoing and travel restrictions are in place to our desired destination. The original tickets costed $700 per person. In order not to lose our money we decided to rebook to Miami, FL. There was no rebooking fee, however they upped the cost by $200 per person so our tickets to Miami totaled $900 each. I went on United airlines, the airline we are flying and bought the same ticket for another friend who will be joining us for $274!!!!! Fareboom is scamming people even during a Global Disaster. I learned my lesson the hard way.

      This is BY FAR the WORST company to deal with. NEVER use them. They WILL steal your money. I'm trying to get a refund for my vouchers that I was given last year and they want to KEEP $400 per ticket as a penalty. How on earth is this company allowed to operate is beyond me. First and last time I'll be dealing with these degenerates. They don't even deserve that one star that is mandatory to select.
