      I purchased a brand new Ryzen X XXXXX. I installed it into my PC and had non stop crashing issues with the processor so I contacted AMD support and what a nightmare. They agreed to RMA my processor after several days of going back and forth. I sent my processor to AMD and they recieved it the 21st. I have record of this with my RMA number. I called Friday the 23rd to see if they had any updates. Well the guy didn't and said I should recieve an update within a few days. I didn't receive anything so I called again today and the guy said that not only did they not have my RMA but they never had record of me talking to support over the phone. I asked what he was talking about and he said, the original person I talked to should've given me a number for reference of the call. I said they hadn't and he said well then I didn't talk to support. I offered to send the call logs to him showing that I talked to them on the 21st,23rd, and now today. I then provided my RMA number a second time during the call and suddenly he quickly back tracked on not having a record of my RMA. I asked for an update and he said oh thats another department. I asked for their number and they said it was email only and that they are only updated once a day on the process. I've emailed that department twice now, I also tweeted AMD with no response. I still haven't gotten any information on when I should receive my new processor and on top of that no acknowledgement its being worked on. I'm leaving a complaint on AMD for the fact they are attempting to say they have no records of me talking to support as well as no updates on my brand new CPU. I have no way of getting ahold of the tech department that checks the RMA parts other than an email, which they've ignored me for the last 4 days. It's been 2 weeks since I contacted AMD and it has been a disaster. Its costing me time and more money.

      I just want what I am owed, a new Ryzen X XXXXX. I've already not been able to use my computer for almost a month now because of their faulty part. I would also like it to be expedited to me because again it was brand new out of the box and it didn't work right.

      Processor arrived 3 days ago and is in working order. The processor works now. I still think my point stands that they need to really work on their ****************. The fact that you can't be updated about an RMA on the website or the support phone number is really dumb in the 21st century. I also didn't hear form the tech support (deals with rma and is email only) until the day before the processor showed up. The process took 3 weeks from when I sent in the request to receiving it.

      So after about a day and a half the exact same thing happened. I filled out another rma because it has the exact same issue and it is actually worse with crashes and restarts happening faster now and I am still waiting to hear back again from them. Sent in response may 5th and haven't heard back from them yet.
