              purchased date 10/4/23 purchased amount $35 Retailer : True religion Jeans zipper failed within 2 months of purchae, True religion refuse to repair or refund the jeans. To add salt to the wound they offered a 20% coupon so I can purchaser more sub quality products from them.

              Have been corresponding with True religion customer service for over a month it seems to never get anywhere. There is always someone different I am speaking to that doesn't understand the situation and doesn't care to check the past corresponding emails. One item I did not receive that they did not refund me for as of yet and one item was damaged and or has a defect which is a rip of material from the inside pocket area which they asked for a picture but I stated as impossible to do so inside of a pocket that's in the very corner where the seam is. With that said I sent pictures in the first emails of the tear of the material which was the best I could give. It appears that at this point I had to decide to contact BBB We are going nowhere with the situation especially if they do not understand the prior emails because it's different people there should be nothing stopping them from refunding me for the item that I did not receive which they have not yet done so.
