    Treated me like I don't know about cars. Recommending extra work on the car beside the original problem that you intend to do. Came in for a water pump replacement, did the job, drove the car overheated because there is not enough coolant in the radiator. I checked the receipt and it says they put Original Honda Coolant. For some reason, I know, I should have checked the car. Put coolant, called the shop, they said I have a leak. Left the car to be checked, called them what happen, they said I have a leak and I need a head gasket replaced, will cost $1500. They told me on the phone that they open the valve covers and the head that they saw a leak from the gasket that needed replacement. I told them I will pick up the car because I don't believe what they are telling me. Less than 30 minutes, I picked up the car, and it's all put together and ready to be picked up. I can't believe that they have put all the gaskets and screw together in less than 30 minutes. These guys must have worked under a pit crew cause that was fast. They are lying to me, I gave them hard-earned money in return for a good honest job, they failed.

    Customer brought car in & requested us to do timing belt & related parts, water pump on 5/2021on 94 Integra, it has 282,467 miles on it, we also noticed car's rear trailing arm bushings were torn, we called him to see if he want to replace, he ok to replace them, car was release on 5/11/21, car was driving normal until 7/15/21, customer brought car back on 7/15/21 stated that car over heat, car low in coolant in the reservoir, but don't see any leak, we did the diagnostic on the car, pressure test the coolant system, didn't see any leak, we suspecting may be cylinder head problem, we removed valve cover out to verify, (not the head), we found driver side cylinder head has leak, we didn't put the valve cover back on and informed customer about it that car cylinder has leak, need to do head job and asked him to come by to look at it, customer didn't want to fix it and want to pick up the car back, so we put the valve cover back on within 1/2 hour and topped off coolant & release the car to him without any diagnostic fee since he is a return customer, it only take less than 1 hour to remove valve cover out to check, so to put back the valve cover will take less than 1/2 hour is normal, we warranty our repairs/services for 12,000 miles or 12 months, it's beyond our control to see cylinder head has problem or not at the time we did the timing belt/water pump services for customer unless customer complained has over heat problem. Due to age and miles of any cars, cylinder head/s has problem can happen at any time, I don't think any repair shop has to hold responsible for car has other problems not related to what we did after we serviced/repaired it.
    Customer stated that we lying to him, did he verify it's not the cylinder head problem, it's something else? If he didn't confirm it's something else, what make him to call us a liar and made a complain here? We believed we charge him very fair price and did a free diagnostic afterward to confirm the problem for him, he knew the problem not related with we did on the car, why he complained? Please advice.

    On the initial work with the car timing belt and water pump. I drove the car to work and the smoke came out from the hood. I parked on the side of the road right away. I waited for a while to clear smoke and checked the coolant reservoir and the coolant is empty. I mentioned it to the shop where I brought the car to be fix that I had to put 3 water bottle of 24 oz. I checked the receipt later and it shows there that they had put Honda Original coolant. It should even have a sign of Dark Green Coolant, there was nothing. The reservoir was empty. Does it leak that much all the way without a sign of leak outside? Mystery? I don't want anything from this people. I just want to tell my side of the story. I just hate it when the you expect a honest job and you get disappointed. I just pray that my pump and my timing belt is really replaced. I don't want anything to do with this shop and whatever they do. I paid my fees but was not satisfied. Customer should have a voice; they should not feel like they are trap. Honest work, deserve honest earning.

    Our mechanic will test drive most of the cars after a major repairs or maintenance services like doing timing belt/water pump to make sure car has no problem before we release to customers, our mechanic has to let the car idle for awhile to bleed the coolant system and make sure coolant is in level when dealing with coolant system, We provide warranty for 12,000 miles or 12 months for our repairs or services here, customers are welcome to come back or call us to complain if car has problem after release to them, but if car has some other issue we don't know during the services, this can not say we have any wrong doing, we knew it's related with coolant system, that's why we asked customer to drop off car for us to check if the part we provided has any defect that caused the coolant missing, but after checking water pump is working normal, no coolant leaking, it's the cylinder head has leak, this is not relate with the services we did, we don't need to access to the cylinder head gasket to do timing belt/water pump, we felt very sorry and felt really bad when this happened after we serviced the car, but when dealing with older and high miles cars, we saw this happened once awhile.
    We had been in business for more than 25 years, we had so many repeated happy customers and referral from them, of course some unhappy customers once awhile, we will try to resolve it if it's our fault and if it's still under warranty period. We charge fair price and did what requested to do and of course we will recommended to do some other works if we see they are safety issue and necessary to replace, we replaced what we promised customers to replace and charged them, we won't charge customers if we didn't replace... Of course, misunderstood can happen once awhile, we try our best to provide good services and treat every customers fairly & honestly advice customers what's need to do. We always keep the old parts we removed out and show to customers when they pick up the cars, customers can keep the old parts or else we will junk them after.
    You were referred by one of our good customer, we thank you gave us the opportunity to service your car, we felt very sorry for what happened after serviced it.
