I wish there is an optuon to give a 0. They have a misleading information. The brand new hyundai tuscan hybrid 2023 car battery died in six month and they don't want to take care of it. I have purchased the car after I traded my ***** CRV 2016 with 37k mile not to stop anywhere due to mechanical breakdown. When I was at work in Jan 8th Monday my car shut down. I called the dealer they said my key fab battery is dead. I changed the battery and tried no luck. Jan 10 night I got some help from a friend how to jump the car and it worked. Hyundai told me I can't even bring the car they r busy any I went there. I went any way friday they said the battery function is only 9% they need to keep it. They said they can't provide a loaner I left. I called Monday they said it is MLK day we can't adreas it, we will adrss it Tuesday early morning. I called Tuesday the person who is assisting my case was not at work. Wednesday I called no help no answer I called 11 times to speak to amanger he refused to speak to me. They want me to call Hyundai Head quarter they said they can't so anything it is up to the dealer. Now I don't have my car or loaner car moving around with uber. I work 7am to 8pm I leave home yam and return 8:30pm. No time for me to even deal with the situation. Very sad and a wrong way of doing ng business I am not sure how they allowed Hyundai to sell this non functional car for insane amount with no customer service. The ******************* should protect ** from this kind of big company business scams.
