I would leave a 0 star if I could. Since day one that I purchased my car from this company I have only had problems and stress. I never received the car fax I asked for when I purchased the car. This companys employee asked me to lie about where I purchased the car, the priced was changed on me I have pictures from theyre offers up, instagram, and their own page on the price difference for the same car. I took my car to Lexus they found over ***** in repairs. As I reached out to the company they wouldnt ANWSER or call me back. I bought a new battery 200$, a whole new tail light 300$, I spoke to a ******* who told me to go to her mechanic she would pay 60% and I would pay 40% for the repairs. She blocked my number. I recently reached out to the business because I have made 5 payments for this car and still never got my second key as I was promised to get after first payment even tho I put 6k as a down payment. I also called for to see if they had a key lock for my wheels since I was changing my brakes. *********************** up on me as I kept calling the business she would ANWSER and hang up literally 40x. She finally answered and said they were busy and I am bugging so she hung up. I went to the shop and no customer was there no phones ringing and two employees on their personal phones ******* came out with an attitude as I asked for my key and why were they hanging up on me she started yelling at me that I was being annoying calling them and laughing in my face. I yelled back Because I was in shock I was being treated that way with 2 children under the age of 5 in my car. I ask for a managers number she asked me to go away or she will call the police. I have dealt with so much disrespect and issues with this place but no real management has reached out to me as I called and left messages. This place does not care about their customers even if we put money in their pockets and bring business.
