Be warned ?? of this Crookedness Longo ****** LeXUs..I purchased brand new LeXUs RX350 2019 in May 2019.. As parts of their promotions, I am entitled 2 oils changed free of charged..I had the first one done..However, for the 2nd one, it was totally ??% fraudulent activities from the Longo LeXUs services departments..They had the audacity to produced stacks of photos and faked invoices indicating that I was there for the services provided and adamantly stated they were accurately on their records keeping..I got these documents from ********************-the manager of service departments at LeXUs Longo ******..I later met the *** of LeXUs and confronted him the fraudulents activities in additions to the falsified deposits made initially on the date of purchased..With his cocky attitudes, he told me that he could have 2nd oils changed done and not too fond of lawsuits against him and he cut me off stated no more discussions and walked aways..August 3rd, 2023, I went back to their Collisions ?? Center for estimates of repairs needed on this same vehicle's due to accidents resulted from other's party's faults ?? %..This time I caught them red-handed of their ILLEGAL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AGAIN for the 2nd times..They had fraudulent altered the odometer reading which were ??% blatantly lies that any blinds can see as clear as with 20/20 vision..Moreover, all the photos they produced were falsified of the dates taken..I contacted the *** of this LeXUs..His named was ******** requested for face to face meetings in the next 7 days..Will see whether or not the meetings would take place per my requests and let see his arrogant attitudes had altered somewhat as his employee's altered legal documents and photos taken on my vehicle needed repairs..I don't intend to file for complaint with BBB; however, I will file for complaint with Commissioners of FTC in ************* instead off..Hopefully, no one would EVER falling into the victim's shoes as in my case's..Best wishes..

Visit timeline:Last service visit @ Longo Lexus was on February 29, 2020 RO # ****** Collision Repair Occurrence: Preliminary estimate was given on August 3, 2023. Consumer returns six (6 days) later, on August 9, 2023, requesting a more thorough estimate with photos for rear-end damage to their 2019 RX350. We know consumers have many choices, where they select to service and or repair their vehicle and we wish all the best to ********** in finding a dealership and or a collision repair facility that will be able to meet her needs. No further assistance will be offered to ********** from Longo Lexus, Longo ****** and or Longos **************** facility.
