              Rude staff, bought a 2022 Nissan pathfinder and took it in for an oil change and breaks and the breaks are not covered because they said that I drive with the park break on when 1. I never use it and 2 it automatically shuts off. *********** the service and parts director was not helpful and very rude they will not fix my breaks and it should be covered under warranty now he says it's lass ****** miles so it wouldn't be covered anyways but the initial reason was it's my fault for driving with the park break on???? When again I don't and I tested it and it automatically SHUTS OFF so it's impossible. Calling corporate and filing a complaint

              My 2017 Nissan Altima had a transmission issues so I traded in two vehicles to find out later I got a lemon, which was the 2015 Audi Cabriolet. The dealership won't assist after 5 months when I found out that there was something wrong with the car. Worst of all, the staff was rude and so as upper management. They treated me unfairly after they got two cars from me. They told me that my warranty was up when they never offered me an extended warranty. My dumb sales guy lied that I had full warranty. I had to trade in two vehicles or else I'll be stuck with two payments. After I took the car back, they tried to sell me another car asking for an additional 10k down. When I traded in a nice 2018 Nissan Titan XD that only has less than 50k miles on it. I was so devastated and drained. I am a single mom and now stuck with a car that is so dangerous to drive. I need help finding a good attorney to get this resolved.

              I'm in the market for a new (used) car. I found a vehicle with all of the specs I was looking for at Carson Nissan. I called Wednesday and talked to someone who was professional enough and said that I would try to come by Thursday, work schedule permitting, and would call Thursday morning to confirm. I got a call early Thursday morning asking if I would be coming in for my 1pm appointment. I said I hadn't confirmed a time yet and would have to wait until I got into the office to see how my day was going to look. They immediately hung up. Then later when I called in to try to move my visit to Friday, I was very rudely told by someone named Maria that the person I spoke to on Wednesday did not work there, which was very confusing. She offered no clarification. Then today (Friday) I figured I'd try one more time. The phone got answered with a rude "what" and they threatened me and said stop calling. I had not called them before that call this morning. I called back and asked for the manager. He refused to give his name, never once listened to a word I had to say, and said they would file a police report. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP!!

              Well I'm not sure how this dealership is operating when they clearly violated UDAAP/Consumer laws. I took my car to get a diagnostics after purchasing my car thru a 3rd party. They told me I needed to have about $5600 to repair my transmission. Mind you, they also told me I had a recall on a part inside the transmission. While my car was being diagnosed I received a call from Carson Nissan regarding buying my vehicle. Then I received a call from service dept to pick up vehicle. I decided to hold off on going forward with the repairs thru the dealership. When I picked up my vehicle I paid them $180 for the diagnostic and left. The car behind me driving home noticed my break lights were out and told me. I also had lights on my dashboard they did not do a thorough inspection. If you can miss something as obvious as a brake light or sensor, how am I supposed to trust you when you say I need to pay $5600 for repairs? Also why would you offer to purchase a used vehicle when it's sitting in your service dept and you are not aware of the issues? So I ended up going into the dealership the following weekend to get the car appraised. They gave me the run around and said they needed DMV forms to proceed with appraisal. They claimed that they cannot look up in DMV database and they have other clients. I went to the car and while walking the sales rep told me he would send me a price on the low. I mentioned the diagnostics and he shut it down. My boyfriend then went into the dealership with my diagnostics paperwork to talk to service dept. Next thing I know, the sales manager and rep are screaming at him in his face threading to call police and leave. I later asked my boyfriend what happened and he told me that when he questioned the diagnostics they got in his face attempting to fight then told him to leave the property and the police were called. We left because we are 1. African American and 2. Not trying to get arrested. I reached out to Nissan Corporate and they told me there's nothing that can be done and that this dealership is independently owned and operated. They need to be **** down. Next step is legal action.
