I purchased a pre-certified sedan 530i from *** Beverly Hills on Sept 8, 2023. I contacted the finance department and agreed on the price prior to my arrival. I also tested a similar model at the other dealer so a test ride at ****** was not necessary. Nevertheless, I decided to test it anyway. After the test drive and waiting for more than an hour at the lobby, someone from the finance department presented me with the installment contract which I signed. He also attempted to upsell me several other products which I ended up purchasing only two: ********** (appearance protection product) and *** Maintenance. The cost was $1,048 and $2,000 respectively. For the **********, he stated that it was for scratches and chips which comes with three-year of warranty. On March 4, 2024 or approx seven months after the transaction at ******, I took my car to the ************** for a tire replacement. During the same visit, I requested to have a few minor scratches and chips fixed on the vehicle and only to find out that the ********** does not cover any scratches and chips, but only hard water stains. My car is four years old. It does not make sense why I would have spent $1048 for removal of hard water stains which may be more suitable for a brand-new vehicle. ***********************************, one of the *** female leader at ************** told me that I am not the only who has been misled as it happens to other customers too. She further stated that she does not understand why the finance department does not make it clear to the customers. I then called and left a message to the finance depart at ******. I also completed their INQUIRY form on the website. On March 6, 2024, I received an email from **** of Internet Concierge. She asked me if I was contacted and I said No. She said she was going to have a manager contact me. As of today, I have not received a response from the finance department nor a manager. I hope ****** will do the right thing by refunding me the full amount of $1048.Review from Jay’La S

HORRIBLE customer service and communication skills. DO NOT waste your precious time coming here. It would not be worth it. The entire team is useless and always have an attitude. They never keep you updated on your car and lack professionalism completely. ************************* was a terrible service advisor. You all need to do better !Review from Riley E

If I could give them a negative -5 rating I would!I have been a car dealer in the past, what we call a "car guy". Beverly Hills BMW is a scam and criminal enterprise in my opinion!!! My daughter, a nurce took her *** in for a tail light replacement. They sold her an $1100 battery, damaged her valve cover gasket and oil pan to where the car leaked out 3 Quarts of oil in 187 miles. They held her there trying to sell her a cheep ***** for over 6 hours and offered her $1,000 trade-in on her car that's worth over $12,000. at wholesale value. They told her the car would explode and catch fire if she left the dealership with it. Finally she just got fed up with their lies text me and left to the nearest auto parts store checked the oil and bought several quarts. When she drove home to our shop we discovered all the damage they had done and I will be filing a complaint with the CA AG and a lawsuit for damages of over $3500. We have all the service records for the car! Do not buy a car from them or allow them to service anything on it!Beverly Hills BMW is a criminal enterprise! See you in Court!!!Review from Armen B

I have had many ***s in my life, and I always took my car to this dealer for service. Many years ago, after having an issue, Manager of the service department contacted me personally and helped me with my issue. However, my last service here was the worse. Service Adviser *********************** needs to be fired ASAP. Between this dealer and **************************, they cut wires inside my car engine and label it "Outside Source" to avoid warranty fix. First, they told me it is rat damage, after I opened a claim with my insurance to have it fixed, **** told my insurance rep who went to see the car that it is not Rat Damage. It is outside Source. they do this to make customer pay for diagnosis around *****. After many communications, **** knowing my insurance investigating the issue he offered to hold the car until my insurance was done. My car was already at the dealer for 2-3 months and when investigation of insurance was done, I wanted to get my car, he surprised me with storage fees for 10 days. He did say they are going to charge, but agreed not to charge until I hear from my insurance. Well, he did charge me for 10 days @ $100/day for $1,000. After telling him multiple times not to speak with my insurance engineer, he provided him "Outside Source" information so they will not get caught of messing with my car. This is very common with *** Services. Be aware. I wish one day some good attorney will pick up a civil lawsuit case and I will gladly participate with pictures, evidence, messages, and handwritten notes form ******* Oaks and Beverly Hills BMW. Please be aware of this service department. Avoid if you like to keep your hard-earned money and frustration and health. Please see the pictures of my car when I got it. They left the windows opened and all kinds of dust, dirt, and species were inside. They did not even wash the car after charging me for $2.5K. Returned it filthy.Review from David H

Took my car in for a "CEL" to my local bmw dealership service center Beverly Hills bmw where my assigned advisor dung trinh told me the "CEL" was caused by the lower radiator shutters being damaged and would cost me $1100 to repair because it was not covered by warranty. He also advised me to change all 4 of my tires. I was a bit skeptical so I took my chances at another bmw service center in Buena Park even though it was 27 miles away from home for a second opinion. my new advisor Chris Carrillo diagnosed my car again and told me indeed the low radiator shutters were covered by warranty and how Beverly Hills bmw had already claimed a charge to bmw Corporate and was approved to move forward with the repair but failed to mention and tried to charge me an extra $1100 on top. As for the tires only 1 out of the 4 tires was under the 2/35" mark and needed replacement. Dung Trinh is a scammer trying to up sell and make self profits! I will no longer take my business to Beverly Hills bmw! making the extra trip to Buena Park was well worth the drive my advisor was honest about all my fixes and kept me informed with everything along the way. Again avoid Dung trinh and Beverly Hills bmw as a whole! The absolute worst experience ever!!!!Review from Stephen M

Not enough room to list the many phone calls, texts and messages; however, this should be enough information. This is not what I expected when paying premium amounts for parts and service. I thank you for your time, because they won't for you.
