The idea that I would have a non functioning Top Of The Line Color Touch Screen Viking oven on display in my beautiful kitchen is absolutely absurd!

However, when I contacted your company in late May or early June to have them reinstalled, your representative, Jessica, informed me that the power cord for the oven would need to be modified by an electrician. Irrespective of me not understanding her rationale for the modification, I immediately relayed this information to my contractor, who then contracted with Maine Electric to do the modification and assist with the insulation. My question is this, why was this modification needed now, but not when the oven was initially installed by your company a few years prior.

Finally, regarding me reaching out to my homeowner's insurance company; I'll tell you what, since it was your employee that was clearly negligent in extracting the oven, how about you give me your insurance provider's contact information.

Again, I am very surprised at your sudden change of position because when I first brought this matter to your attention, I found you to be pleasant and very professional when you assured me that if, in fact, the oven was damaged, you would "take care of it."

Now, it has come to my attention that you have decided to do an about-face and hide behind your secretary Virginia. Time to be a MAN, honor your words and step up to the plate and take responsibility for your employee's conduct.
