      I own multiple IQ Air Health Pro*Plus units. These are $900 machines which require $300+ in filters every time they are due for replacement (say **** months depending on how much you use them, don't quote me). It's very expensive to own and operate because of this. Having said that, I do feel the products do a good job which is why I own multiple units. I'm giving them 1 star out of 5 because "0 stars" isn't an option. I requested a warranty replacement on two of the trays as the rubber seal*gaskets deteriorated over the years. **** offer a 10 year warranty, so I expected they'd cover them for such an expensive unit (and well, because the filters are expensive, so if they replace my trays under their promised Warranty, I'll still be able to use the unit and buy the expensive filters). Low and behold, after having given them pictures of my unit, the serial number, and Amazon receipt, they tell me the unit is "not under warranty". I bought the unit brand new from Amazon less than 10 years ago, and the trays I'm asking to be covered are inexpensive... maybe $35 each I believe they quoted me. So for $70, they've alienated a customer by refusing to honor the warranty on a $900+ air purifier that requires $300 in filters annually... What a weird thing to lose a customer over, right? For this reason I think they're a poorly run company with bad customer service reps * warranty reps. **** should stand by their products, make "cheap repairs" easy to achieve, and maintain their customer base.... afterall, I have told people "IQ Air is the best" over the years... before ever needing to contact their ******************** Now... those word of mouth referrals disappear, and I have to say "Product is good, but expensive, and hope that you don't need a repair under warranty as mine wasn't honored". That's bad.

      Company does not honor their 10 year warranty on the $900 HealthProPlus.My unit gives off a very unpleasant chemical odor when its run, even though the filters have been in use for a fraction of their claimed lifespan.IQAir now claims that filters are excluded from their warranty.Pretty pathetic that the company doesnt stand behind its product.There are many reviews on Amazon that describe odors from their air filters, so this seems to be a manufacturing defect.Extremely disappointing for an air filter costing close to a thousand dollars marketed as professional grade.************, MD

      IQ Air not only provided a great customer service experience but delivered an outstanding product in only 2 days to my door steps all ready to go. The air in the room smells fresh, like after a spring rain, and it runs so quietly on the lower settings that it can be in the bedroom at night. Truly happy with the product and the customer service.

      Look folks- Covid caused production issues. Some of these reviews seem to indicate ignorance or denial of the issues created for many companies because of this. I've purchased two units within this last twelve months. The first two were damaged and iq air immediately replaced them for me (health pro plus). The second unit (gc series) came in perfect condition with filters shipped separately the next day. I cannot say enough regarding the quality job these bad boys do. I live next to a highway with pets in a small space. These units noticeably changed the quality of my life and theirs. I also rid my home of all synthetic fragrance because it's toxic. Breathing amazingly better even though I've never had any allergy or asthmatic issues. Worth every penny. I recommend iq air for the END RESULT which is clean air and long lasting filters. No regrets and I'm as frugal as they come.
