BBB in Fresno is seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives with strong customer service attitudes to start immediately. A Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of calls from businesses and consumers as well as follow standards for entering, correcting, editing and verifying all information entered into our database.

Position Requirements

• Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone
• Ability to accurately document and present information during phone interactions
• Ability to multitask while on the phone
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Computer literate with regular use of MS Office Products
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation range: $17.00- $19.00/ Hour
