Dr. Pooja Singhal

Pooja Singhal, MD, AGAF, FACG, DABOM is a board-certified Gastroenterologist. She completed her medical school training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She then pursued Internal Medicine residency at the renowned Georgetown University Hospital (GUH) in Washington, DC, and continued her medical training by obtaining a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the GUH as well, where she was selected as both the Chief Resident and Chief Gastroenterology Fellow.

Dr. Singhal's clinical training and interests include General Gastroenterology, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Celiac disease, Liver diseases, including Hepatitis and Cirrhosis, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, and Women's gastrointestinal health. Dr. Singhal is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) as well and is trained in Orbera Intra-gastric balloon system. She has a special interest in Women’s Digestive Health.

Dr. Melinda Cail

Dr. Cail is a native of the Edmond area. She attended Edmond Memorial High School and completed her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma Christian University. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2000 with her MD. From there, Dr. Cail trained at Great Plains Family Practice, where she completed her residency in 2003. She practiced for 2 1/2 years with Integris ProHealth Physicians in Norman, then was thrilled when an opportunity to practice in Edmond presented itself to her. She started work with the Mercy Health Network in January 2006 and practiced there for 11 years.

Dr. Lydia Dennis

Lydia Jemison Dennis, D.O. is a board-certified family practice physician and owner of Vibrant Life Direct Care in Tuttle, Oklahoma. A 2003 graduate of Kansas City University's Osteopathic Medical School, she completed her residency in family medicine at Via Christi Family Practice in Wichita, Kansas in 2006. Her philosophy is to practice holistic medicine to honor patients as unique individuals, maximizing mind, body and spirit in the pursuit of optimal health. She loves working with patients who want a strong relationship with their doctor. Her strongest skills are listening and thinking outside of the box to optimize patient health. The Direct Primary Care model allowed her to break down traditional barriers to healthcare and do her best work caring for patients. Her clinic offers a broad menu of services that can be tailored to meet every individual's healthcare needs.

Tina Evans

Tina Evans is a distinguished leadership coach and the founder of Tina Evans Coaching, dedicated to empowering leaders and transforming organizational cultures.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective leadership starts from self-awareness and knowing what it’s like to be on the other side of you. She is committed to helping leaders unlock their full potential, create strong relationships, and drive sustainable success. She is a sought-after speaker who regularly shares her insights at industry conferences and workshops.

Tina currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a former senior leader for both local and statewide organizations. She holds degrees in psychology and public relations and is certified in nonprofit management. She has been married for 23 years to Patrick and is raising two teenagers in Edmond.

Mandi Briggs

Mandi Briggs is a former corporate leader turned leader coach. Her specialty is helping female leaders meet their future selves.

As the owner of The Collective, she advises women business owners on growing their business and maximizing their impact through business masterminds, one-on-one coaching, and workshops.

Leaders experiencing confidence and clarity around the direction their business is heading is the best part of what she does. Together, they scale the business while learning to avoid CEO burnout.

Mandi received her life coach training from Martha Beck, life coach to women like Oprah, Elizabeth Gilbert and Glennon Doyle. She is also a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching.

Mandi lives a life of adventure, takes risks based on her intuition, and turns negative self-talk into love and gratitude on the regular.

After 13+ years in corporate America, she set off on a brave adventure to transform her own life. The adventure found her quitting her cushy 9-to-5 job and selling every possession she owned to travel solo around the world.

Since then, she’s worked one-on-one to help more than 120+ women take their own leaps. Is it easy for them? No. Is it worth it? Always.

Dr. Singhal has been practicing Gastroenterology for 9 years during which she has performed over 8000 endoscopic procedures. She has been an advocate for community education and has been an active speaker locally and nationally on topics such as Colorectal Cancer screening, Abdominal bloating, Irritable bowel syndrome, Hepatic Encephalopathy, GI diseases in Women and GastroEsophageal reflux disorder. She is a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation committee.

Dr. Singhal has received several awards and honors including National SCOPY award consecutively from 2016 to 2019 for raising Colon cancer awareness in Oklahoma, ACG Train the Trainee scholarship, AGA young delegates membership, Caring Star Award, and numerous scholarships.

Dr. Singhal holds numerous national positions including American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) Young Scholar leader, ACG Women in GI Mentoring committee chair, and Healio top 200 GI physicians. Dr. Singhal was a part of Oklahoma County Medical Society leadership academy class VII, and currently serves on the board of OCMS. She has been active locally in the medical community, and the Arts community. She also volunteers her time on the Board of Homeless Alliance. Dr. Singhal and her husband were recently blessed with a baby boy, and they enjoy traveling and exploring the world together.
