Pooja Singhal, MD, AGAF, FACG, DABOM is a board-certified Gastroenterologist. She completed her medical school training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She then pursued Internal Medicine residency at the renowned Georgetown University Hospital (GUH) in Washington, DC, and continued her medical training by obtaining a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the GUH as well, where she was selected as both the Chief Resident and Chief Gastroenterology Fellow.
Dr. Singhal's clinical training and interests include General Gastroenterology, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Celiac disease, Liver diseases, including Hepatitis and Cirrhosis, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, and Women's gastrointestinal health. Dr. Singhal is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) as well and is trained in Orbera Intra-gastric balloon system. She has a special interest in Women’s Digestive Health.
