DoD 5220.22-M is standard in the data sanitization industry. By overwriting a hard disk drive with patterned data in three distinct passes, you can erase previously stored data and make it unrecoverable.

Pass 1: Overwrite data with binary zeroes

Pass 2: Overwrite data with binary ones

Pass 3: Overwrite data with a random bit pattern

After the digital data on your hard drive is overwritten, PremierePC uses its local partner, Evergreen Environmental, to destroy the physical device. You will receive an Affidavit of Destruction upon its completion.

At the Secure Your I.D. Shred Event that you attend, you will be asked to provide accurate contact information so your affidavit is properly delivered.
