Criteria
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Impact Award is designed to celebrate businesses that lead by example and hold themselves accountable for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Impact Award  criteria are broken down into three categories:

Criteria 1:  Diversity
Workplace diversity encourages creativity and innovation because every team member, from leadership to frontline employees and mobile workers, brings their own unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the table. What does your organization do to encourage and promote diversity in the workplace?

Criteria 2: Equity
Equity can be described as the unique traits of individuals and how they are treated based on those characteristics. How does your organization ensure fair treatment, equal opportunity, and fairness in access to information and resources?

Criteria 3: Inclusion
Inclusion can be described as not only having a “seat at the table” but actually “belonging” at the table. How does your organization build a culture of belonging by actively welcoming the contribution and participation of all people?
