2025 IT services request for proposal

The Better Business Bureau® Serving Metro Atlanta, Athens & Northeast Georgia (BBB ATL) is soliciting proposals from qualified IT service providers to deliver comprehensive managed IT support, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.

This competitive solicitation seeks to identify the most technically capable, cost-efficient, and reliable provider to support BBB ATL’s day-to-day technology operations and long-term digital strategy.

Key dates

  • RFP release: October 15 or 16, 2025
  • Letter of intent due: October 31, 2025 (5:00 PM ET)
  • Offeror questions due: November 7, 2025 (5:00 PM ET)
  • Proposal submission deadline: December 5, 2025 (5:00 PM ET)
  • Award notification: February 2026
  • Anticipated contract start / Onboarding: Mid-February 2026
