How have you given back and shown support to your community? Whether it’s working with after school programs or donating to a charity, what ways have you contributed to your community with your time and effort- or reinvested within your industry?

Explain how you have transformed as a business owner, and how that has impacted your business. Because leaders are constantly aiming to grow and improve (excel), share ways that you are planning to progress in the future.

How do you articulate that you value your treasured employees and team? What sort of goals do your teams have, and how do they work together to create a supportive and honest atmosphere, while being purposeful and transparent?

Video Submission: We want to hear your voice and get the story straight from your team! Rally your team and take up this cause on how your business embodies Character, Culture & Community! Please also address the following question in your video: Why is it important to celebrate young entrepreneurs in Cleveland? Provide us a link to your YouTube, Dropbox, Vimeo video link, or other optimal video hosting source (2 minute max submission).

If selected as a Spark Award recipient, BBB, LaunchHouse, and Cleveland Jewish News reserve the right to use any video/images submitted (in part or whole) for the marketing efforts of the award and their respective organizations.
