How you’ll contribute

- Serve as the lead advisor for established client relationships and assist with acquiring new firm

relationships

- Onboard new clients and conduct regular review meetings for existing relationships

- Create customized financial strategies that help simplify our clients’ lives across retirement, investment, estate, tax, insurance planning and more

- Be a change agent for your clients and our firm by:

o Preparing, sharing and executing recommendations to help grow, nurture and protect our

clients’ assets

o Engaging with the management team to develop innovative strategies and methods for growing our firm through client acquisition and creating efficiencies that are effective in an ever-changing wealth management industry

 

What you’ll need to bring

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance or accounting

- 3 years or more experience managing client relationships as a wealth advisor

- CFP or in the process of obtaining CFP certification

- FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and 65 licenses or Series 66 license (same as having 63 and 65) – Health and Life Insurance Licenses a Plus

- CPA is a plus

- Experience with planning tools such as Riskalyze, Morningstar and eMoney

- Ability to build new client relationships through ongoing business development

- Value for the contributions of others

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Active in the community and professional organizations

- A can-do attitude
